We recommend ordering all holiday orders no later than December 17 in order to receive by Dec 24. Lady Captain is not responsible for any delays after shipment has been processed.

RETURN TO STOREFRONT:
You are welcome to drop off your return free of charge at our storefront. Simply drop off your return with one of our sales associates and your return will be processed within 48 business hours. Exceptions do occur with holidays and weekends.
If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. It will ensure that your new item is in stock! Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation via email.

We're happy to offer our customers an extended return and exchange window for the holidays: orders placed between Nov. 7 - Dec. 24 are eligible for store credit only within a 30 day window after the purchase date. Items purchased after this period will qualify for our standard 10-day return window. Please note, all existing policies, exceptions, and exclusions apply for the holiday extension.
