Tracking information will be sent via email. Lady Captain is not responsible for any delays after shipment has been processed.

Regular priced items and sale discounted 50% or less are eligible for a full refund online only. Sale items discounted 51% or more are final sale. The following additional items are final sale: jewelry, sunglasses, swim wear, accessories, home, apothecary.

All items must be shipped to Lady Captain and postmarked within 10 calendar days of your emailed approval. Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense.
All merchandise must be returned in original condition, with tags still attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box (if given) free of postal labels. Please allow 10 days from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
RETURN TO STOREFRONT
You are welcome to drop off your return free of charge at our storefront. Simply drop off your return with one of our sales associates and your return will be processed within 48 business hours. Exceptions do occur with holidays and weekends.
If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. It will ensure that your new item is in stock! Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation via email.
